Jamb Students Protest Non Release Of Their Results

There has been numerous complaints from JAMB students all over Nigeria who have had their results withheld and haven’t gotten an explanation why.
Students have complained that the biometric verification was not properly done by JAMB officers and has resulted in not being able to view results. Many have taken to twitter & facebook to voice their complaints.
A student had complained that she didn’t get scanned before the examination, and was told by JAMB examination officers not to worry about it. Now that the result is out she cant log in to the website to view her results.
It is reported that about 68,000 results have been withheld for one reason or another, but this number is not confirmed.
The JAMB results have been particularly lower this year with mean scores much lower that the average.

The three awards added are East/West/South African Artist or Group of the Year. The organizers decision to extend the category to include all three African regions simply goes to emphasize the organization’s commitment to celebrating, recognizing and promoting not only the Nigerian entertainment industry, but also the thriving African industry as well.
Keeping in line with what has come to be the tradition of the past three years, the 2013 NEA Awards nominees will be announced at the annual Nomination Gala, scheduled to hold on May 30th in Lagos, Nigeria. The Nomination Gala is an opportunity for all nominees to celebrate their nomination in Lagos, surrounded by their fellow colleagues, members of the overall industry and well wishers, before the main award ceremony here in New York City.
Fans will have the opportunity to begin voting right after the Nomination Gala. The NEA Awards considers artists, actors, actresses, entertainment and media personalities for awards based on their body of work from the previous year – March 2012 and March 2013.
